Although there was some coastal flooding in Connecticut that weekend, Mother Nature was kind to Darien, so the Sunday gathering at the Weed Beach Paddle Hut went on as planned! There was plenty of inside space, plenty of food and beverages, and PLENTY of laughter and conversations from noon to 5:00pm. People were sad to leave! It seems there is a solid 80+ people in our class (and their dependable Plus Ones) who love the parties that the Reunion Committee puts together, so plan on returning for our 60th in 2031!

And there is one big follow-up sadness to report, the passing of Tammis Rehill (Lazarus) on October 7. She made it to her 73rd birthday. Those present on Sunday sang in a Happy Birthday video that David delivered to her in the hospital. We will miss you, dear Tammis.
